I really love this croissant almond, though the price is more expensive than any bakery which sell croissant. It's really valuable to try this! The skin is very crispy, and the inside is very chewy and soft. Not too sweet just alright for people who avoid sugar. The great things is the dough, not plain white but it's a bit yellowish, so i think they are using a natural flour and a lot of eggs. Yummy! And you know what, the surface of this croissant balance the inside with the flaky toasted almond and sugar dust. Perfect! Definitely will come back to try another Cookies, Cakes, Chocolate or Macarons ! Lovely...
