Tips to Lower Your Cholesterol





Who doesn't like to eat a good food, in the restaurant, cafe  or even street food. As long as we can control the intake of the portion, it won't get any problem. But for me, i have bad habit, which is too much portion and can't control when it come to delicious food or my favorite meal. Sometimes too sweet, or too salty. I know it's bad, but yeah, need to change the bad habit.  

The result from Prodia is out, any you know what, my Cholesterol is quite high, its about 238 (above high), means i need to cut down some bad food like Ice Cream, Cake, Egg (especially Yolk), Cheese, Milk, Meat (pork, beef), Seafood (shrimp, crab), Mayonnaise (i ate Fish n Chips with mayonnaise, at  Hachi-Hachi Bistro for dinner with family,  05 May 2012, i know its bad, but it's delicious T_T ..... just can't resist ? ) I am really regret now, after done some research, like what you are allowed and prohibited.




Food that allowed :

1. Oatmeal (Havermut)

13. Tea (White Tea, Green Tea, etc)

20. Coffee, Alcohol, Cigarette 
21. Oily, Salty and Fried Food.






The result if the LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) is too high :
1. Accelerated Aging (Oxidative Stress)
2. Degenerative diseases (Cancer, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's)



Last but not least, i must have sport.




and cut down some weight
